About Us
Tractors Material Handling Sdn.Bhd is a subsidiary company of Sime Darby Industrial
Sdn.Bhd., in partnership with Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift Asia Pte.Ltd (MCFS)
to provide comprehensive range of high quality lift trucks. Customers have the option
to buy new lift trucks, trade-in, rental or take-up customizable financing packages.
Parts & Service Support
Tractors Material Handling has over 4,000 line items
at a market value of more than RM 2,000,000, which are available online via real-time
links to all our branches nationwide. Additionally, with links to the MCGS Parts
Distribution Centre in Singapore and worldwide, the parts availability is further
enhanced.
We also provide free inspection and advisory on part replacement, volume and special
discounts, upfront bundling on normal wear and tear parts as well as a warranty
conversion programme. Having such elaborate line parts availability for CAT lift
trucks in the industry means minimum downtime and operating costs.
Plus, access to the MCFS parts distribution centre in Singapore allows for online
inventory checks in our regional distribution network, allowing for the prompt supply
of the right part, in the right place. Coupled with quality and comprehensive technical
back up by dedicated, highly trained and experienced Product Support Specialist,
you are assured of the most effective working solutions for your operations.
Onsite Service Support
Our whole organisation is geared towards providing
seamless and efficient service to keep your material handling operations running
smoothly and profitably. Our service teams and our fleet service vehicles is on-call
at all times, ensuring you have on-site support always.
Rental
Our comprehensive rental programme means you can always
have the newest machines for long-term rental. For fleet rental, you will also have
a stand-by unit and technician at your disposal to ensure full running performance
and productivity. This virtually guarantees 24 hours uptime always. Fork lift trucks
operators training are also provided. Onsite service support backed up by branches
nationwide.
